摘要：

Based on dissipative structure and system analysis method, this paper addresses the motivation and the criterion of a corporation's evolution and brings out its evolutionary course which is alternatively constructed by self-reinforcing sequences and reactive sequences, from which the facts that a corporate organization is a complex adaptive system and its evolution conforms to the law of path dependence are soundly born out.
