Ring structure wire-rope isolators (RSWI) of different sizes and standards an researched and their retarding circuits are drawn. The influence of the ratio of the internal diameter of the rope circle of the isolator to the diameter of the wire rope Did on the stiffness is analyzed and the damping properties of RSWIs are researched.
