摘要：

This paper investigates the corporate governance characteristics of listed companies with private equity involvement in Chin. Measures of corporate governance include board size, board independence and director duality. It takes the companies that have finished the IPO (Initial Public Offering) and SEO (Seasoned Equity Offering) by private equity investors as samples. Across a variety of measures and tests, its results reveal that board characteristics are closely associated with the size and independence of board.
