摘要：
As a new form of learning, mobile learning (m-learning) is regarded as an important style for human future learning. According to mobile learning theories and features, the overall design requirements of campus Short Message Service (SMS) platform are discussed. The system structure and main functions of the platform are analyzed. And the key technologies involved in constitution of this platform are discussed. Finally, the contents and the extended applications of the platform are introduced.
