摘要
The role of conscious control level at the sensorimotor measurements of different visual illusions (Muller-Lyer, Ponzo, and trapeze) was investigated. We try to vary this level by changing the hand performing the task and by excluding visual feedback. It was shown that hand performing the task affects the performance higher than the presence/absence of visual feedback. The left hand performs the tasks generally more accurate than the right one. We explain our results on the base of hypothesis about existence of different hemisphere-specific systems of objects representations (metric and categorical). (C) 2013 The Authors.
