摘要：
In this paper, a slight generalization of the celebrated Halanay time-delay differential inequality is developed. Using this time-delay differential inequality and Lyapunov functional, this paper shows that our results can be applied to obtain the ultimate boundedness and boundedness of time-varying delay nonlinear differential systems.
