摘要：
Presumptions for the development of the wooden houses in the Czech Republic are described, Urban villages in Prague have single and semi-detached family houses. Structural design of the rafter-truss roof for the bigger span and laboratory tests of the sheer wall and stressed skin panels capacity are presented..Contemporary Czech designs of the lowrise urban villas and appartment houses with starr cores are also shown.
