摘要
Universal mobile telecommunications system (UMTS) is one of the 3(rd) generation (3G) cell phone technologies. The capacity of UMTS is interference limited. Radio resources management (RRM) functions are therefore used there. An admission control algorithm is quite important part of RRM as it is responsible for admission and rejection of users into (out off) the system. This article briefly describes fuzzy logic based admission controller The fuzzy logic based controller and its modified versions are simulated and compared with load factor based admission control algorithm.
