摘要：
In industrial production human errors have become one of the most important causes of accidents happening. Human error research work has received much more attention than before. Its direction is toward the overall organization. The paper analyzes the, process of the organization-committed human errors and puts forward the technique to analyze them. The, performance shaping factors (PSFs) of the organization human errors classified into 12-group cause elements of 4 categories are presented.
