摘要
Simulation models sup, port nowadays manufacturing processes commonly. This new way of modelling guarantees a high quality of finished products as well as short product lead-times to the competitve market. These two big requirements cannot be solved anymore with classical manufacturing solutions. Nevertheless these requirements force the producers to replace these retrofit systems with high-tech components. This paper describes briefly the use of software tools to simulate and optimize the cutting process in flexible manufacturing cell for various plastic parts. The software used for this research was Mechanical Cut for RobotStudio.
