摘要：
Mahatma Gandhi: "Leadership was equated with power at one time. Today it means how to get along with people". In our time, leadership requires the extraordinary challenge of inspiring and motivating employees. The illustration of visions and their achievement should be part of the portfolio of leaders in order to keep pace with the transitory economic cycles. Consistent delegation as well as the ability to communicate effectively are elementary basics of modern leadership.
