Research on the Post-Earthquake Reconstruction Projects in Sichuan on Harmonious View

On the backgrounds of building a harmonious society and scientific and reconstruction of the earthquake-stricken area in Sichuan, based on the traditional project evaluation theory and from the scientific concept of development and harmony of the concept of perspective, this paper uses the system point of view, theory and method of post-disaster, to analyze of reconstruction projects from the economic, technological, social, ecological and other scientific point of view and provide a theoretical basis for project decision-making.
