In order to promote the development of the small and micro-sized enterprises, the developing environment for the small and micro-sized enterprises should be further optimized, the tax environment for supporting the development of the small and micro-sized enterprises should be well improved, the financing system should be promoted to be sound, the industrial structure should be actively adjusted, and also the development quality should be increased.
