摘要
The constant emergency of theme parks has become the main development trend of the global tourism industry. To a certain extent, a good theme park can promote the regional tourism and economic development and improve the recreational level of local residents. By mainly studying influences of Chinese theme parks on urban economy, the author analyzes the advantages and disadvantages of large Chinese theme parks; and points out several factors affecting the development processes of theme parks, e.g. the development level of urban economy, governmental attitude and policy, the cluster competition situation, economic distance, and traffic condition of theme parks.
