摘要:
At knowledge economy ages, the position of high-level talents highlights gradually; the role of high-level talents in modern economic growth becomes more and more important. In order to raise the disposition efficiency, we must obey the principle of getting fully employment, efficiently make use of and maintain good structure etc. At the same time, in the article the author emphasizes high-level talents on employment and encouragement.
