摘要
It has been shown that the quasi-five-year and long-term (with a duration of several years) variations in the global air temperature are related to cosmic effects, whose intensity is modulated by the Ii-year solar cycle. These cosmic factors are shown to affect atmospheric processes, as a result of which the temperature response lags behind the variations in the parameters of these factors by 1.8 yr, on average. Such an effect can be exerted on the atmospheric circulation by high-energy particles of solar flares and cosmic rays. The effect of the anthropogenic factor on the near-Earth air temperature has apparently increased beginning with the 1980s, resulting in an additional temperature rise by 0.015 K/yr, on the average, during the period from 1983 to 1995.
