Research on Pressure Fluctuation in Impeller and Guide Vane of Boiler Water Circulating Pump

摘要
The boiler water circulating pump is the core component of the supercritical power station starting system. The circulating media in the pump is high temperature and high pressure water, so the reliability of the boiler water circulation pump is very important. Because the pressure fluctuation may cause resonance eccentric operation of the unit and even the destruction of the static and dynamic components, pressure fluctuation analysis of boiler circulating pump is helpful to improve the stability of unit operation. In this paper, the pressure fluctuation of impeller and guide vane in boiler water circulating pump was calculated and analyzed by software ANSYS-CFX. The results showed that: with the increase of the flow rate, the periodicity of pressure fluctuations at monitoring points in the impeller and the guide vane becomes more and more obvious, and the fluctuation amplitude decreases gradually. The pressure fluctuations of the monitoring points in the impeller are mainly affected by the leaf frequency of the guide vane which is 536.36Hz. The first three monitoring points in the guide vane are mainly affected by the leaf frequency of impeller which is 292.56Hz. There is no significant fluctuation at the monitoring point DY04.
