Simulation application of building construction management based on BIM technology

this paper puts forward the simulation application of BIM technology in the construction management, according to the current BIM boom and the application status of BIM in China. Through the simulation application of BIM, collision detection of design drawings, deepening design of complex nodes, simulation of construction process, simulation of prefabricated components, multi-specialty coordination and decision-making assistance are carried out.This paper takes a large-scale comprehensive project as an example, explores the realization of BIM model-based visual simulation technology by establishing various professional models of the project, and introduces its realization process in detail, so as to provide reference for other large-scale public facility projects to apply BIM technology.
