摘要
This paper presents a new real-time recognition system as for Chinese sign language. In order to decrease massive unnecessary data, including the body of model, the differential method is used to extract the arms of model. The sign language videos are stored in the different groups, where the number of key frames is same, to decrease matching process. Hu invariant moments models are implying to extract the image's feature and obtain the key frames.
