Utilization of direct HPLC-MS-MS for drug stability measurement

摘要：
A simple, semiautomated method is described for screening the stability of drugs in plasma. The procedure utilizes the,direct plasma injection method based on mixed-function column high-performance coupled with tandem mass spectrometry.
