We report on a 58 year old female patient with neurofibromatosis Recklinghausen type 1 (NF-1) in whom multiple intracranial aneurysms could be proven. Vascular changes in patients with NF-1 are frequent and concern primarily the aorta, the kidney arteries, the coronar and gastrointestinal arteries. Our case shows that in patients with NF-1 intracranial artery changes like aneurysms, maybe in need of treatment, are possible.
