摘要：
The goal of this work was to examine the effects of continuous planning and realization of physical education lessons and the effects of standard planning and realization of programme contents of physical education lessons which is most commonly realized in cycles with a certain number of lessons with sport technical content considering secondary school students. Continuous planning was realized using informational technology and WEB resources.
