摘要
Affected by natural causes such as climate warming, reduced precipitation, and low air flow, as well as production and life reasons such as rapid increase in industrial and agricultural emissions and rapid increase in exhaust emissions, since the 21st century, severe haze has frequently occurred in North China. Atmospheric environmental capacity overload is outstanding. Taking Hebei province (HB for short) as an example, this paper discusses a simple method to estimate atmospheric environment capacity. The atmospheric environmental capacity in HB was estimated, so as to make clear the limit of atmospheric environmental capacity and standard level. This is conducive to promoting the coordination of production growth with the atmospheric environmental capacity, and reducing atmospheric pollution.
