New Changes in Fertilizer Legislation in the Czech Republic

In the context of the new Common Agricultural Policy and on the basis of the current situation in the use and storage of fertilisers, it was desirable to make changes to the legislation on fertilisers. Changes in the use of fertilisers will be addressed mainly through Act No. 156/1998 Coll., on fertilisers, soil improveers, plant biostimulants and substrates and on agrochemical testing of agricultural soils (Fertilisers Act), as well as its implementing provisions, such Decree No 377/2013 Coll., on the storage and use of fertilisers and Decree No 474/2000 Coll., on the establishment of fertiliser requirements.
