摘要
The ongoing process of urgent issues such as global warming, climate change and a lack of renewable resources induced by energy consumption has promoted energy efficiency. Establishing daily energy-saving behaviors in domestic households plays a crucial role in achieving energy efficiency. As a result, a number of human-computer interaction works have laid the research on providing home residences with an awareness of energy conservation through energy-related feedback. Most of the researches focused on how to make feedback persuasive in conserving energy to home inhabitants. This paper aims at addressing neglected topics found in the literature review concerning how to bring energy feedback to novices at energy conservation and maintain their motivation for sustainable energy behavior in the long run. We also developed a mobile prototype to clarify our proposal.
