Evaluation on Entrepreneurship Environment of Small and Medium-sized Enterprises in Henan Based on Scientific Development View

This paper builds up an evaluation index system for entrepreneurship environment of small and medium-sized enterprises according to systematic theory, disequilibrium theory and endogenous theory guided by scientific development view. On the basis of the index system, entrepreneurship environment of small and medium-sized enterprises in Henan is evaluated by using fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method. The evaluation result indicates that it is at the stage of ordinary level. This shows that some elements in entrepreneurship environment of small and medium-sized enterprises in Henan needs to be further improved.
