摘要
The structure and the operation principle of the microwave radiometer for measurement of the inner temperature of human body tissue on depths of the order of several centimeters is described, as the accuracy of the measurement is improved by the application of an original circuit conception. The theoretical and experimental characteristics of the microwave structure elements for the creation of a highly sensitive microwave radiometer for medical diagnostics in a frequency band of 1GHz (3.5 divided by 4.5 GHz) ate presented. All devices are built on planar technology err. microstrip on a soft substrate with dielectric constant epsilon = 2.44 and dielectric losses tg delta = 0.001.
