摘要
The article aims to reflect on school management in the pedagogical process in early childhood education. The question that guides the research is how management follows this pedagogical process carried out in the educational environment. Analyzing the pedagogical actions of management in this process of monitoring the development children in Early Childhood Education becomes fundamental. This is a research with basic purpose, carried out in an exploratory and descriptive, qualitative way, including field research in two Centers of Early Childhood Education, with all levels (nursery, nursery and preschool) of Early Childhood Education, both located in neighborhoods of the outskirts of the city of lages/SC. Participated in the research two managers, two management assistants, four nursery and maternal teachers, two of each CEIM. Data collection was performed through nonparticipant observation and semi-structured interviews, to be conducted with management, management assistant and teachers, through open questions. The results of the analysis point to the difficulty in reconciling their attention, their time and observation to the administrative and pedagogical aspects of CEIM. To fallow the pedagogical process that occurs in the educational space, teachers pass on to management their written planning, management visits occur in pedagogical spaces and there is dialogue between manager and teacher. With opinion number 3,536,061 by the Research Ethics Committee (CEP).
