摘要
We report on the progress in the simulation of Resistive Plate Chambers (RPCs). We investigate the influence of the space charge effect on the signal rise and the time resolution. A two-dimensional simulation model allows to study in detail the development of single avalanches. (C) 2004 Elsevier B.V. All rights reserved.
