摘要
There are huge differences between the pension system for enterprises and the government public institutions, the pension level of retirees in the government organizations and institutions are much higher than the enterprise employees'. As a result, this may damage the construction of the harmonious society. In this paper, we use actuarial methods and population models to calculate the pension burden in the original system, and then give three typical reform programs in order to reduce the burden And the results show that the three reform programs can effectively reduce the size of the pension burden
