Practice and Enlightenment in the Land System Reform of Chongqing from the Harmonious Development of Urban-Rural

This paper mainly give some proper methods of the land system reform of Chongqing in the harmonious development of urban-rural such as realize property rights, open, invigorate and regulate the circulation of rural collective construction land and build the platform of rural collective construction transfer of elements, after comprehensively summarizing the advanced experience of land system reform in Chongqing which is a pilot area of balancing urban-rural in China in recent years. At the same time, innovating in land system reform, establishing pilot and doing basic work is good for accelerate the overall urban and rural land system reform.
