摘要
A novel approach for space time adaptive processing is formulated. The algorithm operates on the data domain and hence does not require the covariance matrix. It is proposed that the adaptive weight update is carried out utilising the conjugate gradient method which speeds the algorithm. The most noticeable feature in this formulation is that the adaptive updating of the weight equation involves only one row update in the data matrix, each time a new snapshot arrives. This algorithm is particularly suitable for airborne radar and has the potential to operate in a real time environment.
