Genetic algorithm for the graph placement

摘要
The problem of placing graph nodes onto a plane is considered. Modified methods of evolution simulations and genetic search are suggested for solving this problem. This allows one to obtain a subset of local optima in polynomial time. The complexity of the algorithms has a quadratic order. Algorithms are implemented on an IBM PC.
