摘要
The review article is devoted to the comparison of approaches to the distribution of human resources among the projects of the project-oriented organization. There are two classes of approaches that differ in the objective decision-making function. First class approaches are situational decisions aimed at performing specific work without taking into account the consequences for the organization in the form of changes in the organization's human resources. Second class approaches are aimed at sustainable development of the organization. A comparison of different classes of approaches was carried out in order to identify the highest priority for developing a model for the distribution of human resources among the projects of the organization in order to accumulate human potential.
