摘要
The VR resolvers have been widely used for the EV and HEV traction motors as the position sensor. The accuracy of the resolver has been improved by reducing the angle error. In the FEA, the numerical error due to the discretization and the polygonal surface of the finite elements must be minimized to evaluate the angle error accurately. However, the mesh modelling of the VR resolver has not been studied. This paper introduces an efficient mesh modelling (2D and 3D) of the VR resolver model. Using obtained models, the effect of the leakage flux from a PMSM is evaluated.
