Effect of inorganic phosphate on the functioning of photosynthetic apparatus in bean leaves

摘要
It was shown that raising pod seedlings by the hydroponics method on KH2PO4 solutions at concentrations between 10(-7) and 10(-5) M leads to an increase hi the rate of oxygen release (Delta O-2/Delta t), with the chlorophyll content in leaves being unchanged. The values of the parameters F-M/F-T of slow fluorescence induction and B/A of photoinduced changes in ESR1 signals from pod leaves correlate with the Delta O-2/Delta t value.
