摘要
In alluvial meadow soil, the actinomycete population reaches hundreds of thousands of colony-forming units per gram of substrate, exceeding that of mycelial prokaryotes in hydromorphic forest soils. The population of mycelial prokaryotes in the spatial-successional series of substrates of the floodplain biogeocenoses differs according to season and substrate. Actinomycete complexes of floodplain ecosystems contain permanently Streptomyces, Micromonospora, Actinomadura, Streptosporangium (river ecosystem), and oligospore actinomycetes. Micromonospores that are always found in soils and above- and underground plant organs predominate in the actinomycete complexes of floodplain ecosystems.
