Analysis on Current Development Situations, the Key Issues and Countermeasures of China's General Aviation Industry

Although the development of China's navigation industry has made certain progress, the problems such as low utilization rate of airspace, unreasonable market demand, shortage of general airport and professional pilots are still important issues restricting the development of navigation industry. Through the analysis of the present situation of China's navigation industry and the structure of the navigation industry chain, putting forward to the key problems of the development of the navigation industry, and the countermeasures to promote the development of China's navigation. First of all, from the government to the whole society must recognize the role of navigation on China's economic development, then reforming the policy constraints about low-altitude use, airport construction and so on, establishing a sound management, application, approval system, taking full use of the role of the market solution problems in Navigation Industry.
