摘要：
The article deals with business performance. The aim of the theoretical part is to discuss in short the importance of measuring business performance in both the financial and non-financial areas. The aim of the research is to apply cluster analysis to the manufacturing companies in the Czech Republic in order to categorize these companies by managing non-financial determinants of performance and performance alone to determine the number of companies in each segment and to find the differences between them.
