Actions for reducing traffic congestion in the urban cities of Latin American countries

Traffic congestion in urban areas it's a problem that is not enougt considerred in the cities Latin Americain countries. The mesurements used against traffic congestion in developed countries are applied in societies that are different in economical, political and social aspects. We think that the accurate identification and diffusion on the successful measurements could help to solve this problem.
