The goals of the space experiments KLYPVE and TUS for study of ultra high energy cosmic rays (UHECR) and methods of UHECR detection from space axe presented. The problem of detection of the "direct" Cherenkov light from EAS induced by tau- leptons, which axe generated by tau- neutrinos penetrating through the Earth, is considered. Multi-coinicidence of signals in several detectors on one space platform is recommended for such an experiment. Attention is given to the Cherenkov signal back scattered from the Earth surface (clouds, ground, sea) and measurements of the cloud height.
