Exploration on the Cultivation of Innovative Talents in Higher Vocational Education

In the current information era of Internet +, aiming at the universality of education target, the purpose of training, the technicality of educational content, the diversity of educational methods and the directness of educational benefit, and according to the characteristics of Hanzhong Vocational and technical College, this paper puts forward "internet + education" = internet + training model of innovative talents in education industry. We have reformed and explored in some aspects such as: smart campus, education management public services, optimizing educational resources, education and teaching supervision, classroom teaching resources sharing and so on, and have achieved some results worthy of communication and promotion.
