摘要
Critical Success Factors (CSFs) are crucial for a successful implementation of large-scale software systems (LSS). Data accuracy is one of the important CSFs which need to be measured and monitored carefully during the implementation of LSSs. We developed "CSF-Live!" which is a method for measuring, monitoring and controlling critical success factors of large-scale software systems. Here we apply CSF-Live for the data accuracy CSF. The CSF-Live uses the Goal/Question/Metric paradigm (GQM) to yield a flexible framework contains several metrics that we used to develop a formulation which enables the measurement of the data accuracy CSF. The formulation that we developed for the data accuracy CSF is crucial to maintain accurate data in the legacy system during the transformation to the LSS.
