Applying the Theory of Risk Management in Practice (on the Example of a Spa Enterprise)

This paper examines the issue of training future managers in the field of spa tourism. The paper attempts to document the relationship between theoretical education at higher education institutions and the reality in the field of spa industry based on the analysis of spa services and the theory of risk management. The final part of the paper gives practical recommendations for higher education institutions (on the example of the Faculty of Management, University of Presov in Presov).
