摘要
The state-of-art ozone manufacturing and applications is briefly presented and the main problems in the modem ozone generation engineering are outlined. On the basis of the ozone synthesis mechanism under non-equilibrium plasma conditions, the influence of the main process parameters on the ozone yield and energy efficiency is characterised. Some new concepts in ozone generation processes and reactors are described. The essential results of the model studies concerning ozone generation in silent and homogeneous discharges (APG) are discussed.
