摘要
Entrepreneurship is very important to the survival of firms and especially in China with so many emerging firms. The success of entrepreneurship of a firm relies not only on the characteristics of entrepreneur, environment and so on but also more important on the social network of the entrepreneur, because the economic actions are influenced much by social structure. This paper studies on that how social network of entrepreneurs impacts on entrepreneurship performance with the background of traditional Chinese ascribed relationship configuration. Furthermore, we investigate the dynamic impacts of social network of entrepreneur in different stages of entrepreneurship.
