摘要
In order to solve the problem of dead time effect of the active power filter (APF), this paper gets down to the dead time effect of the generation principle and combines three-level switching state equations on the basis of three-level APF equivalent switching circuit. The linear relationship between the dead time and the current tracking error is calculated and detruded. Furthermore, it interprets explanation the effect of dead time clearly. A dead time compensation method is proposed for the problem of dead time effect. The control principle of this compensation method is given, and the performance of the system is analyzed from the point of view of the closed-loop characteristic of the control system. Compared with the dead time compensation system, it is found that the latter has better steady state performance. Finally, simulation and experimental results show that the proposed method can effectively suppress the dead time effect, and prove the effectiveness of the proposed method.
