摘要
Nowadays, new researches are developed for obtaining the smart labels attached to wearable and washable issues, taking into account the complex stresses to which these objects are subjected throughout their life cycle, from manufacturing, wearing and repeated washings to recycling. The distinctive category of smart labels - RFID tags accompanying textile issues must cover several requirements; in particular, they should have a longer life span than the targeted objects. This paper analyses the requirements imposed for conductive and dielectric materials used within the structure of the passive RFID tags, designed to identify and monitor textile articles. Through a properly selection of the materials and an appropriate structure for the transponder, a new type of passive UHF RFID tag is developed. The developed RFID passive tag has been tested with good results in the aggressive environment of industrial laundries, which confirms its good reliability and accuracy.
