摘要
Regardless of how strategy is defined, it is generally agreed that its primary purpose is to help organizations prosper and survive. It is also understood from various competing strategic models that prospering and surviving in today's dynamic, turbulent and unpredictable environment requires that organizations be competitive. There is evidence in the literature, that supports this argument and posits that the key to competitiveness is effective and efficient knowledge management. There have been a number of knowledge management models designed to help organizations increase their competitive advantage, including organizational and business intelligence, organizational memory, and intellectual bandwidth. Knowledge management encompasses a vast number of issues and activities however most models address only a limited number and often in isolation.
