摘要：

The accuracy of test result for the Laser Particle Size Analyzer (LPSA) is obviously influenced by the response difference of semiconductor photodetector units and the nonlinear error of amplifier gain of each signal channel, and the errors can't be almost eliminated one by one. The results of particle measurement would be calibrated by programming. In the paper, the principle of calibration of particle size measurement and the steps of intelligent calibration are discussed, and the calibration algorithm of differential fitting based on linear interpolation is also described on. The algorithm is simple, effective, higher accuracy and extends easily. It specially adapt to intelligent calibration of LPSA in whole range.
